However, this option is not perfect. Nothing in life is anyway!<\/p>\n<p>There are advantages and disadvantages of buying an under-construction unit. Buying off-plan is not only affordable but you can also design and customize your unit the way you want it to be.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, it can be cheaper than buying a pre-made apartment. Even the most simple repairs can ruin your day. So always keep in mind to know your builder.<\/li>\n<li>Taxes in buying a pre-sale is lower compared to the pre-made.<\/li>\n<li>Of course if you buy under-construction, you may deduct all unimportant miscellaneous fees that you may need to pay if you buy a pre-made.<\/li>\n<li>The buyer should examine all paperwork thoroughly before signing up. And ask questions regarding the terms and conditions before agreeing on a contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, what should you choose? Well, it depends on your financial status. If you think you can save more in a pre-made rather than a pre-sale, then it should be your choice. Just be careful on what you select.
