The Business Bay is a 23-storey building project started in 2012 with construction period spanning at around eighteen months since the piling date. Located within the heart of Seef, the Business bay is only less than ten minute drive from the King Fahad Bridge, The Bahrain Financial Harbour and the Bahrain City Centre. Neighbouring the project are malls and prime residential areas such as the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Kempinski Hotel, Seef Mall, A'ali Mall, and the Reef Island.
The first seven floors are allocated as car parks which capacities exceed two hundred cars in total. Each office unit is entitled to a total of two car parking spaces. Special parking slots are reserved for guests and visitors of the building.
The Business Bay Tower, just like in any other luxury office towers, has a gated, 24 - hour security system that is fully equipped with CCTV cameras that monitor the building's premises.
An elegant lobby includes a reception and an information desk to assist clients and customers to their desired destinations in the building. In addition, there is a business center to take care of special customer requirements and a conference room shall be available for rent and utilized upon request of the office owners.
Each floor in the tower is divided into six partitions. With areas ranging from 86.96 sqm up to 130.16 sqm. However, the total area on each floor shall be just above 640 square meters.
