Luxurious Office in Seef

Reservations have been made so that the first seven floors are allocated for car parks. The
total car parking capacity of the tower shall exceed 200 cars. Each office shall be entitled
to a total of two car parks. Special parking shall be preserved for visitors of the tower.
As the case is with other luxury office towers, the building will have a gated 24-hour
security guard fully equipped with CCTV cameras.

The elegant lobby will include a reception and information desk to assist clients and customers
to their desired destinations in the building.

In addition, there will be a business center to take care of special customer requirements.
Moreover, an additional business center / conference room shall be available for rent at
the request of the office owners.

Each floor in the tower is divided into six partitions. With areas ranging from 85.94 sqm
up to 131.72 sqm however, the total area on each floor shall be just above 640 square
meters.

On each floor the following shall be made available;
1 – Male / Female comfort room
2 – Smoker area
3 – Pantry
4 – Visitors Car Park

Initially there is a provision to reserve an area for a mosque within the building. The
prayer area will cover an approximate 70sqm. The vicinity will accommodate separate
male and female quarters. Moreover, limited offices shall enjoy the privilege of having a
private bathroom.
