The Mazad company, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, announced the launching of 11 properties in a public auction next Sunday, February 26 at 2:00 pm.
The auction will be held at the Implementation Department of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments in accordance with the agreement signed between them regarding the management of public auctions and auctions in the enforcement courts and in joint cooperation with the Supreme Judicial Council.
The Mazad company is organizing the auction in cooperation with specialists in this field and in accordance with the highest standards and regulations followed, where auctions are characterized by the ease of registration and participation, as well as the highest levels of transparency, justice and competition.
The organization of these auctions comes within the framework of the Ministry of Justice’s orientation towards strengthening the strategic partnership with the private sector, thus contributing to improving the quality of government services, improving their efficiency and increasing their effectiveness, in addition to devoting the principles of transparency, fairness and competitiveness at work.
This auction includes offering 11 diversified properties for sale as everyone has the opportunity to participate, bid and acquire those properties, and there is no limit to the number of properties that can be bid on and own.
For his part, Talal Al-Arifi, CEO of Auction Company said: “We hope through this cooperation to provide our services and expertise in the field of auctions to support and enhance the efforts of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments.
Al-Arifi continued that the auction includes various properties that the ministry wants to put up for sale through the auction, which ranges from a residential house in the land area of 305 square meters to an empty plot of 17,602 square meters in Nuwaidrat and others. We invite all interested to register, attend and participate. ”
Those wishing to participate in the auction are required to pre-register and deposit the insurance amount upon registration, which is equivalent to 10% of the bid value, and in the event of not making the purchase the amount will be returned to its owner immediately after the auction ends.
