The emirate of Ajman will host the “Ajman Real Estate Conference 1″ at the Ajman Emirates Hospitality Centre on December 14.
The first of its kind event will be organised by Real Estate Regulatory Agency – Ajman (ARRA).
Real estate experts and investors from both the GCC and the Middle East will come together to discuss sustainable development.
The conference will launch under the patronage of HH Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi.
As well as Supreme Council Members and the Ruler of Ajman.
The one-day conference falls under the theme ‘Sustainable Development According to Global Standards’.
Yafea Al Faraj, Executive Director of ARRA, said: ”It will focus on the emerging trends in the real estate domain in Ajman and is aimed at harnessing the potential of the real estate sector in the emirate.”
Key developers from Ajman will get the chance to showcase the emirate’s future plans and vision.
“We expect a strong participation of investors across the globe and insightful deliberations during the forum,”
“Which will help bring international best practices to the fore,” Al Faraj added.
Real estate transactions reached over AED1.5 billion in Ajman so far this year.
Furthermore, it continues to attract investors from over 60 countries worldwide.
