The UAE’s Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme has signed two contracts worth Dh1 billion ($272 million) for the construction and maintenance of the Al Montazi Residential Complex in Ajman.
The contracts were signed by Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and chairman of the board of directors of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme with the China State Construction Engineering Company Middle East (CSCME) and Dabco Construction. The signing was held at the programme headquarters in Dubai. Furthermore, according to the contract, the land will be fully settled and coordination with local authorities will begin soon.
Located in the Mohamed bin Zayed Region of Ajman between Sheikh Zayed Street and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Street, Al Montazi Residential Complex covers an area of 954,528,693 sq m. As the first of its kind in the emirate, it will meet global sustainability criteria and environmental standards.
Interested buyers can reserve units at the Al Montazi Residential Complex through the Sheikh Zayed Complexes Smart System. The system features virtual tours with the possibility of reserving separate units, as well as viewing every unit in the complex and finding information about its living space, room numbers, and facilities.
