Al Tijaria reveals Symphony Tower at Gulf Property Show 2019

Bahrain - April 8, 2019
Al Tijaria

Al Tijaria, the leading Bahrain-based commercial property developer, announced that it is going to unveil the Symphony Tower, its latest residential development, at the upcoming edition of Gulf Property Show, which will be held by the end of this month.

With an excellent location in the Diplomatic Area in Manama 10 minutes away from Bahrain International Airport, Symphony Tower will consist of 46 stories which will in turn include 350 spacious residential units.

The building will also grant its residents access to several upscale amenities and will be in the vicinity of some of the best attractions of the city including Bahrain Bay and The Avenues.

In his comment on unveiling the new project, Fawaz Ebrahim, CEO of Al Tijaria explained that participating in Gulf Property Show will grant Al Tijaria better access to reach over and promote its new project to its target audience directly. Ebrahim added that the project is due for completion by the end of 2019.

Gulf Property Show is held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, over the course of three days from April 23 till April 25 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Al Tijaria is the latest of many Bahrain-based developers to be participating in the event; earlier this year, Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah) has announced its first participation in the show this year as its strategic sponsor before it was followed by both Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, and Diyar Al Muharraq development company.

In addition to that, Bahrain Marina will be the Diamond Sponsor of Gulf Property Show 2019, while Golden Gate has signed a Golden Sponsorship contract recently.

The event will also be supported by the major real estate governmental organizations in Bahrain including the kingdom’s Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA Bahrain), Survey and Land Regulatory Bureau, and Bahrain Property Developers Association.
