The Abu Dhabi-based developer, Aldar Properties announced this week that it will commence the sales for the second and final phase of Water’s Edge on the 18th of November 2017.
The project is located on Yas Island and will be built adjacent to the upcoming Sea World theme park. The project is valued at 654 million dollars.
According to the developer, all units of the second phase are waterfront properties that feature balconies, with most boasting views of the water.
It is worth mentioning that phase one was all sold out during Cityscape Global which took place from 11 to 13 September at Dubai World Trade Centre.
“We look forward to bringing the second phase of homes to market so that more customers can benefit from the opportunity to own a part of this unique community,” Talal Al Dhiyebi, chief executive officer, Aldar Properties, said.
Water’s Edge is comprised of units that range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with prices for Phase 2 starting at $130,683.
