Arab buyers purchase 40% of Bahrain’s project in London

Arab investors have purchased around 40 percent of the reserved units at Paddington Gardens project.

The new scheme of Paddington Gardens is developed by Bahrain-based Meritas Real Estate in cooperation with Ahli United Bank. The project lies in a strategic location the south of the A40 Westway.

Paddington Gardens is designed by award-winning Assael Architects and Powell Dobson. The project comprises four buildings including 335 homes and offices, in addition to restaurants, retail area, primary school, and hotel.

The spokesperson of Meritas Real Estate said that the project proved to be very popular between Middle East investors who are looking for a home to stay at during their visit to London.

He added also saying London real estate market is now more attractive for investors after passing the Brexit law.
