Arabtec Construction, the construction arm of the leading Dubai-based group Arabtec Holding, has been awarded a $60m contract by the developer Dubai Properties to build 350 villas in the latter’s Villanova master development.
Arabtec Construction will start working on building the villas right away to deliver them 20 months from now in the third quarter of 2020.
In his comment on winning the contract, CEO of Arabtec Holding group Hamish Tyrwhitt expressed the group’s delight for being chosen by Dubai Properties to work again in Villanova project, which reflects the developer’s confidence in Arabtec and strengthen the two entities business partnership.
Situated in a unique location on the crossroads of Dubai Al-Ain and Emirates roads in Dubai Land., Villanova was launched in October 2016. It comprises a cluster of homes, apartments, and villas with variant specifications and spaces that cater to everyone’s needs.
It is worth mentioning that one year ago, in December 2017, Arabtec Construction has won a $279m contract for Villanova’s Amaranta and La Quinta phases, with three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas that offer spaces ranging from 200 square meters to 350 square meters.
