Arada, the Sharjah-based real estate developer, has announced the completion of 35% of the first phase of its Nasma Residences project, on track to its planned completion date by the end of 2018. The progress news came during the company’s launching of the fourth phase of the master community.
In his comment on the project progress, His Excellency Shaikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of Arada explained that Arada expects a high level of response and demand from investors and clients as there is only one phase left in Nasma Residences before it becomes completely sold out.
The work on the master development’s second phase has already begun earlier this year, while Arada announced that it is going to award the main contract for the construction works of the third phase within the next month.
On the other hand, the work on Nasma Residences’ shopping center, which will span 6500 square feet within the community upon its planned completion date by the end of 2018, has reached ground floor level. In addition to that, the community’s GEMS international school is undergoing construction works and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019.
