Arada, one of the leading Sharjah-based real estate development companies, announced it has successfully sold 652 residential units with a total value that exceeds $148m during Cityscape Global 2018. This marks a 42% increase in the company’s sales from the previous year’s edition of the exhibition where Arada sold around 400 units.
In his comment on the company’s improved performance, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, the chairman of Arada explained that the success Arada is witnessing reflects the confidence the investors and homebuyers across Sharjah and UAE have in its brand. Al Qasimi added that the sold units offer great prices, high-end amenities and spectacular designs.
Spanning more than 24 million square meters in Sharjah, Aljada is $6.8bn master development that has been launched by Arada in 2017 to be the largest project of its kind in the entire emirate.
Earlier this month, Arada awarded MBCC the contract for the first phase of the development of the Central Hub, a fully integrated car-free entertainment destination that is spanning around 17 hectares of land at the heart of Aljada. The hub features a cinema complex, a shopping center along with many other upscale amenities.
