Cyprus-based Aristo Developers participates in Gulf Property Show 2019

Aristo Developers, the leading Cyprus-based real estate developer, has announced that it will be taking part in the upcoming edition of Gulf Property Show, which will be held from April 23 to April 25 in Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain.

As the fifth safest country in the world, Cyprus island is considered the favorite retirement destinations for many expatriates from the GCC region. Through the opportunities which Aristo Developers will be showcasing in the event, investors in Cyprus real estate will have the chance to obtain Cypriot citizenship through the island’s Investment and Permanent Residency Programme.

In his comment on participating in the event, Issam Nasser, Business Development Manager of Aristo Developers explained that the company has around 297 finished and under-construction projects across the property market of Cyprus including some of the island’s major projects like Venus Rock Golf Resort and International School of Paphos.

Nasser added that Gulf Property Show represents a unique opportunity for Aristo Developers to showcase its projects and reach over to its target audience in the GCC region.

Named “Best Real Estate Cyprus Developer” by International Finance Magazine, Aristo Developrs has won many awards and accolades for its projects and innovation; one of its projects has been awarded the Best Cyprus Property award by European Property Awards.

Gulf Property Show is considered the leading real estate exhibition in Bahrain; ever since announcing the date of its latest edition, the event has received the sponsorship and support of multiple local property developers including the Diamond Sponsorship of Bahrain Marina, and Gold Sponsorship of Golden Gate Towers.
