UAE-based real estate developer Azizi Developments has announced that work on Azizi Montrell project, the company’s ninth project at the Al Furjan development in Dubai, is nearing completion.
Now that 80% of construction work has been finished, the project is scheduled for completion by February 2018. A mid-rise and high-end serviced apartment block, Montrell features 222 units. 168 of which are studio apartments and 54 are one-bedroom apartments.
The project also includes landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, restaurants and cafes, prayer rooms, room service, laundry services and valet parking. Moreover, the nine-story building will also include two levels of parking. While the project stands on a land plot area of 3,898sqm, the actual construction area of the project is 22,885sqm.
Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “Azizi Montrell is our latest offering to cater to the growing demand for quality living spaces in locations such as Al Furjan which are increasingly gaining popularity among buyers.”
“With Dubai’s emergence as a regional hub for business, tourism, and events such as the Expo 2020, we expect the demand for international-level serviced apartments to only increase in this area,” he added.
A growing residential neighborhood, Al Furjan grants residents easy access to Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali Free Zone, and the Expo 2020 site. Moreover, the new metro line named Route 2020 will connect Al Furjan to Dubai Investment Park, Discovery Gardens, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and the Gardens.
