Azizi Developments, the Dubai-based leading real estate developers, has announced the completion and delivery of both the Montrell and Roy Mediterranean projects in Al Furjan in a record time of 18 months only.
In his comment on the achievement, Mirwais Azizi, the founder and CEO of Azizi Developments said that the successful completion of the two projects reflects the company’s commitment to deliver its high-end residential properties in a timely manner.
The first project, Montrell, is a $57.6m project that was constructed over an area of 22,000 square meters. It comprises 168 studio apartments and 54 one-bedroom apartments, in addition to a retail shopping space that spans 696 square meters.
On the other hand, the second project, Roy Mediterranean, is a $67.2m development that was built over an area of 26,000 square meters. It comprises 224 studio apartments, 47 one-bedroom apartments in addition to a retail shopping space that spans 975 square meters.
Azizi added that the unique locations of the two projects will insure lucrative return on investment for the projects’ investors and buyers.
This is not Azizi’s first project that is ahead of its schedule. Two of the company’s other projects, Aliya Residences in Dubai Healthcare City and Mina on the Palm Jumeirah would be delivered in Q2 and Q3 of 2018 respectively, according to the company’s latest announcements.
