Bahrain Bay has announced that the construction of two of the eponymous master development’s projects, The Park and The Wharf, is almost complete.
The announcement, which was made by Gagan Suri, CEO of Bahrain Bay, came during the recent tour which His Excellency Sheikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, made within Bahrain Bay project.
Suri also demonstrated that The Park and The Wharf will comprise retail spaces, food and beverage outlets, green areas, high-end business facilities, promenades, and many other attractions.
In his comment on the construction milestones, Sheikh Khaled said that Bahrain Bay continues to be one of the major master communities in the Kingdom of Bahrain with all the projects it encompasses whether completed or still under construction, adding that the development will make a significant contribution to the growth of the tourism sector of the Kingdom of Bahrain and, in turn, to the goals of Bahrain’s 2030 vision.
With a value that reaches up to $2bn, Bahrain Bay is one of the most promising mega projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Ever since its launch, Bahrain Bay has been attracting the attention of multiple local and regional investors.
Among the development’s most outstanding currently under-construction projects are Waterbay Residences, a residential complex being developed by Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, and Golden Gate Towers, a twin-tower project which is set to be the tallest residential building upon its completion.
It is also worth mentioning that both these projects will be participating in the upcoming edition of Gulf Property Show, as Bin Faqeeh has recently renewed its strategic sponsorship of the event while Golden Gate announced it will be the Golden Sponsor of the event.
