Bahrain Economic Development Board has signed three different deals with Chinese companies during its visit to China last month.
One agreement in particular could facilitate the establishment of a new logistic zone in Bahrain next to the Dragon-city construction site. The board signed a letter of intent with China’s Worldwide Logistics Group to establish a presence in Bahrain.
Worldwide Logistics Group is Shanghai-based Company that provides logistic and shipping services including air and maritime transportation, warehousing, terminal handling, freight and cargo handling, and many other services.
The board signed two other agreements during its visit to China including a letter of intent with Jinglou Water, a utilities firm based in Shandong Province, and Baoshang Bank, which is a high-level credit bank based in the Chinese industrial city of Baotou.
