Bahrain Housing Ministry has announced the distribution of apartment units in Salman Town to its beneficiaries, housing ministry assistant undersecretary for policies and housing services, Dr Khalid Al Haidan stated.
The announcement comes on the sidelines of by HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s directives to distribute a total of 5,000 housing units within the region.
Dr. Al Haidan said that the Salman Town project is among the most significant projects of Bahrain Housing Ministry, following the royal order of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to build 40,000 housing units.
He added that the buildings within the project are unique for their coastal location, as well as their interior design, which is part of the modern designs of the 5th generation of residential buildings that the ministry is implementing in new housing cities and housing complex projects in the kingdom’s governorates.
The assistant undersecretary mentioned that the step of distributing the certificates of entitlement represents new acquisition, thereby obtaining the requests of ownership apartments for a large number of citizens, showing that this project will reduce the number of applications on the waiting list.
