Bahrain Marina Development Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Social Insurance Organization (SIO), has unveiled the masterplan of Bahrain Marina at the Gulf Property Show which is currently ongoing in Bahrain.
It will boast a five-star hotel, serviced hotel apartments, seafront hotel villas, and a residential tower with freehold apartments. Furthermore, it will feature an area with a sea front, retail and dining areas, a marina and a yacht club.
Engineer Yazan Haddad, chief executive officer of Bahrain Marina Development company, said: “Bahrain Marina features modern designs as well as residential and recreational facilities developed to the highest standards. The project will also contribute to the creation of new jobs and attract investments that will benefit the local economy.”
Due for completion in 2020, the project is being designed by Benoy, an international architectural firm. Moreover, Al Hassanain Contracting Company will implement phase one of the project.
The Gulf Property Show opened April 25th and will run until April 27th at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center.
“This event showcases Bahrain’s latest developments in the real estate market to the Gulf region and international audience. Our participation aims to highlight the progress of Bahrain Marina to both the public and stakeholders,” Haddad added.
