Today marks the start of Cityscape Global 2017 in Dubai held at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre where a worth of 11 billion dollars Bahraini projects will be on the exhibit.
During this three-days event, Bahrain’s pavilion will showcase a group of mixed-used developments.
It is worth mentioning that Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), as well as the developers of Bahrain Bay, Diyar Al Muharraq (pictured), Durrat Al Bahrain, Canal View, and Bahrain Marina, will all participate in the show.
And according to Khalid Al Rumaihi, chief executive officer of Bahrain EDB, the resilience showed by the Bahraini real estate sector is a key attraction for investors from all over the world.
Al Rumaihi added that Recent figures demonstrate the resilience of Bahrain’s real estate sector and highlight the increasing demand for housing.
“Strong growth in this sector has been supported by the implementation of economic and legislative reform and forward-thinking policies such as the public-private partnership model [driven] by the Ministry of Housing and the recently issued Real Estate Law,” Al Rumaihi further explained.
