Sweid & Sweid, the UAE-based property development company, has announced that four floors of its under-construction new residential project Banyan Tree Residences have already been completely booked.
In his comment on the announcement, Maher Sweid, the founder of Sweid & Sweid explained that Banyan Tree Residences is meant to combine the pros of living within the city and the amenities of the isolated resorts as it will be a resort-like project that is situated in a unique location within the heart of the city. Sweid also added that a sales office will be open at the project’s site starting from February 28.
Spanning 110,000 square feet, Banyan Tree Residences is located on Al Helal Street in Dubai and it will comprise 32 stores that include 244 residential units that vary between one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom and duplex apartments. It will also include private gardens and three penthouses.
The other amenities of Banyan Tress Residences include saunas, a spa, a 31-metre swimming pool, a children’s pool and a poolside café. The project is planned to be completed within the third quarter of 2019.
