Naseej Real Estate Co., the main developer of Yasmeenat Sar project, has announced signing an agreement with Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) for providing financial solutions to all customers willing to purchase in Yasmeenat Sar.
The project includes 27 villas scattered around an area of 17,000 square meters with a cumulative value of around 6 million BHD. It features a vital location near Khalifa Bin Salman Highway in addition to many other unique specifications.
Prices of units in Yasmeenat Sar vary between 199,000 and 320,000 according to number of rooms, space, and location.
As for the agreement, the General Manager of Naseej Real Estate Ahmed Al Hamadi has expressed his extreme happiness for cooperation with BBK. The bank will offer all customers incentive property loans at affordable prices in order to enable them buy their dream homes in Yasmeenat Sar.
