Bin Faqeeh Real Estate, the leading Bahrain-based property development and investment company, has signed a strategic partnership contract for the upcoming Gulf Property Show 2019.
Considered to be one of the biggest annual property exhibitions in the GCC region, Gulf Property Show’s newest edition has also attracted some of the other prominent developers in the Bahraini Kingdom including Bahrain Marina, who signed as a Diamond Sponsor of the event.
Other developers who have announced their strategic partnership of the event are Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah) and the eponymous urban developer of Diyar Al Muharraq islands which will promote Al Naseem and Al Bareh projects through Gulf Property Show platform.
Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Gulf Property Show 2019 will take place over the course of three days from the 23rd till the 25th of April at Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.
The event is also backed by the governmental real estate organizations in Bahrain like Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA), Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB), and Bahrain Property Developers Association (BaPDA).
In his comment on becoming a strategic sponsor of the event, Faisal Faqeeh, the Chairman of Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company who has been named Visionary of the Year in 2018 by Arabian Business Real Estate, said that the event offers a rare chance for the development company to promote and showcase its flagship projects to the segment of investors and home buyers it is targeting.
On the other hand, Jubran Abdulrahman, the managing director of Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions, the organizer of Gulf Property Show commented that Bin Faqeeh has been one of the most innovative property developers in Bahrain, adding that the company’s participation in the event will add to the value the exhibition is offering to its visitors.
It is worth mentioning that Bin Faqeeh has partnered recently with Roberto Cavalli, the renowned international fashion brand, for designing the Eastern Tower of Waterbay project in Bahrain Bay.
