Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, one of the most prominent Bahrain-based property developers, has signed a new contract with InterContinental Hotels Group, the renowned international hotels group, to develop the first StayBridge Suites Hotel in Bahrain.
With a strategic location near the commercial district of Seef in Manama, the capital city of Bahrain, StayBridge Suites’ guests will be able to enjoy fully serviced suites; they will also have access to multiple upscale high-end facilities and amenities. The hotel is planned to start operating within the year 2020.
The partnership contract signing, which took place in Bin Faqeeh’s headquarters, was attended by His Excellency Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa, the CEO of Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority.
In his comment on the new project, Mr. Faisal Faqeeh, the chairman of Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company who was named Visionary of the Year 2018 by Arabian Real Estate Awards, assured that the new hotel’s unique location at the heart of Manama and the several amenities it comprises will make it the primary choice for the business men and tourists who seek a luxurious stay during their trip to Bahrain.
On the other hand, Pascal Gauvin, the managing director of International Hotels Group in India, Middle East, and Africa expressed the group’s excitement to work with Bin Faqeeh on introducing the StayBridges brand to the Kingdom of Bahrain and building the group’s third hotel in Bahrain in the business hub that Seef district is, adding that the new hotel will help them target a wider segment of Bahrain’s hospitality market.
Earlier this year, Bin Faqeeh became the first Bahrain-based developer to partner with Roberto Cavalli, the Italian fashion house, for the latter to design the interiors of the East Tower in the former’s Waterbay Residence project in Bahrain Bay area.
It is also worth mentioning that Bin Faqeeh has recently announced its strategic sponsorship of Gulf Property Show 2019, the upcoming edition of the leading real estate exhibition in the Northern Gulf region which will be held from April 23 till April 25.
