Binghatti Group, one of the leading UAE-based real estate investment and development companies, announced that it has completed 60% of the construction and development works of Binghatti Stars project.
Situated in Dubai Silicon City, the first smart community in the UAE, Binghatti Stars is a $68m mixed-use tower which comprises 16 floors that include 362 residential units that vary between studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom apartments. The building had been initially planned to consist of 10 floors only before it was expanded to 16 floors to meet the rising consumer demand on it.
In addition to the residential units, Binghatti Stars will also house multiple high-end amenities and leisure facilities such as a temperature-controlled swimming pool, an advanced gum, a play area for kids, garden on its rooftop as well as six retail units.
This tower will be the 20th project developed by Binghatti Group within Dubai Silicon City. As more than half of the building materials are made of recycled materials, the building meets the compliance requirements of the Green Building Code of Dubai.
With its current fast progress rate, Binghatti Stars tower is on track for its planned completion date in December 2018.
