Dubai-based property developer Shaikhani Group has announced it plans to deliver the Dh80 million ($22 million) commercial tower, Cambridge Business Centre, during the fourth quarter of 2017.
Cambridge Business Centre is a nine-storey tower that features retail shops, banking facilities, a travel agency on the ground floor. As well as a health club at the rooftop. 116 commercial apartments will be spread across the 2B+G+9+Health Club Cambridge Business Centre, which boasts an area of 1,63,072-sq-ft at Dubai Silicon Oasis. Equipped with technologically-advanced prerequisites such as Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and 24-hours security, the units will offer small, medium and large offices.
Mahmood Shaikhani, the managing director, said: “As we move closer to the delivery of this state of the art commercial tower, we remain committed to our investors of a commercial space that will be equipped with all the facilities for their businesses that will help grow their business by easy accessibility in centre of the city.”

Currently, Shaikhani is developing 11 projects across Dubai that will provide 2,100 residential and commercial units. They are located in Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Village Circle, and Dubai Silicon Oasis. Dh1.5 billion ($408 million) worth of these projects, which include 1,250 units, are in advanced stages of completion. Ther remaining projects are still at the beginning of development and are due for completion in 2020.
