Larry Miao, the vice chairman of Chinamex Company, which manages Dragon City project in Diyar Al Muharraq, said that the company intends to allocate $200 million for developing the second phase of the project.
The second phase will include a number of investments and new projects like a palatial hotel, restaurants area, and recreational area.
Miao said that Bahrain government provides many facilities to attract more investments. He added saying that the company seeks to establish new joint ventures and partnershiBahrainween Bahrin and China to bolster the trade ties between both countries.
The statement came on the sideline of Bahrain’s delegate visit to China Hi-Tech Fair 2016 in Shenzhen.
It’s worth mentioning that Bahrain’s EDC (Economic Development Council) has signed three mou certifications with Chinese companies and trade agencies.
Khaled Al Rumaihi, the head of EDC, commented on the signings saying that the relations between both countries are poised to improve after signing these deals.
