Chinese Dragon city 2 costs 100 million dollars

On the sideline of launching Dragon city1, Aref Hajras (Managing Director of Diar al Muharraq Company) announced that the company plans to open the 2nd stage of the Chinese  city with a total cost of $100 million.

He said, the company is currently studying the success of the first phase of the project, as 97% of the shops were rented, with expectations of completing the process of the leasing process during the next two months.

About the time of proceeding the project, Hajras said that this issue dependent on the size of demand for leasing spaces.

He added that the total space of the 2nd phase is 32,000 m2 located in the north of the first stage that was launched lately in the south-west of Al-Muharraq, which contains special areas for storage and warehouses.

According to the percentages of stores that are opened in the first phase, Hajras added that 60% of the stores were opened, while the rest will be launched during the first quarter of 2016.
