Construction work has finally begun on the six-tower residential building complex located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), in Dubai.
The project is valued at 111.6 million dollars and is expected to be completed by within 17 months.
It is worth mentioning that the works on the six towers started simultaneously under the supervision of Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (ARACO).
Each building will comprise of a ground floor, four-storeys parking lot as well as additional 15-storeys.
All six buildings will add a total of 772 apartments to Jumeirah Village Circle that are divided into 75 studios, 655 one-bedroom apartments, and 42 two bedroom apartments.
The project will also a wide array of facilities to its residents such as play areas for kids, fitness centres and swimming pools.
