Dubai-based real estate developer Azizi Developments has been applying precautionary measures to combat the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic through their offices, sites, and sales gallery. The CEO ensures the continuity and efficiency of its operations and ongoing projects.

The developer of Azizi Riviera has been adopting responsive steps to set forth the global COVID-19 to be inline with healthcare measures by the government and references set by local and international health authorities. 

Azizi has provided its ongoing digital transformation of a home office and teleworking policy implementation to its employees with the necessary tools to work remotely.

The developer also has rolled out a video to communicate with its customers through a video calling platform that is based on an audio-visual conference module.

Azizi has started adopting the precautionary measures by installing hand sanitizing stations and initiated the constant disinfection of its offices and communities. The company has implemented the educational information from the validation of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) on hygiene practices, imposed minimal contacts, and adopted self-quarantining policies.

Azizi said in his speech about the measures that 2020 is a decisive year for the company and the real estate as a whole and also it is critical for them when it comes to the implementation of preventive measures. It also added that the progress of constructions is very fast and home seekers have time to inform themselves about all opportunities of property investment that Dubai offers.  

The developer has been keeping, upon Azizi words, a watchful eye on the situation to ensure the ideal measures are carried out to lessen the spread and risk of virus.
