The Bahrain-based real estate developers Daaem announced that it has sold 65% of the units of Thuraya Suite, its latest project, within two months.
Thruaya Suite project, which is situated in Busaiteen, comprises 11 floors that include 54 apartments that vary between studio apartments and hotel apartments with competent prices that start from 22,000 BHD.
Engineer Mohammed Abdel Ghaffar, the CEO of Daeem Properties, commented that Daeem, which has been founded in 2009, owns a subsidiary contracting company which is considered a competitive advantage for Daaem that ensures the high quality of its projects. He added that Daeem developed five projects since it has been founded in 2009, with Thuraya Suite being the latest one.
Abdel Ghaffar also announced that the company is now working on 100 Square, a mixed-use project that comprises 100 units in front of King Hamad Hospital in Busaiteen with a total budget of 11 million dollars and it will be featured in Gulf Real Estate Fair in the next April. The units will include one-bedroom administrative apartments as well as four-bedroom residential apartments.
