UAE - December 26, 2016
Damac

Damac has announced it will be handing over free BMW’s or other luxury cars to buyers of new apartments.

The offer will take place throughout the duration of the Dubai Shopping Festival.

It requires buyers to purchase an apartment starting at Dh 599,000

The festival is running from December 26 to January 28.

Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president of the company, said: “We’re pleased to offer investors a unique opportunity to experience the pleasure of luxury with Damac and drive away in a BMW or another luxury car, when they invest in a property across select luxury developments in Dubai.

From luxury apartments overlooking Dubai Canal to branded residences in Dubai Marina, this offer allows property buyers not only to live the luxury, but to drive it too.”

Damac operates projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon and the United Kingdom.

Its portfolio includes over 44,000 units ranging from hotels to commercial and residential buildings.

In 2014, Damac had also announced it would present luxury cars to buyers of any of their Dubai units.

Last month, the company launched Akoya Oxygen with prices starting from Dh2.3 million.

The project includes a flagship golf course operated by Trump Organization.
