Danube Properties, the UAE-based real estate development company, has announced Lawnz, its newest $150m residential project which will be situated in Dubai International City.
In his comment on the new project announcement, Rizwan Sajan, the chairman and founder of Danube Properties said that Lawnz will be the biggest project in Danube’s portfolio so far, adding that the new projects launched by Danube in Dubai reflect its confidence in the potential of the emirate’s real estate market.
With its completion date set to be within 2020, Lawnz will comprise 1064 residential units that vary between studio, one-bedroom and two bed-room apartments. In addition to that, the project is going to house luxurious amenities and entertainment facilities including a sunken plaza, a canal, a health club, a swimming pool, and a jogging track.
The new project announcement comes three months only after Danube’s first unveiled project in 2018, Jewelz, which will comprise 463 residential units with a return of investment that is expected to reach up to 15%.
Lawnz project will raise the total number of residential units developed by Danube so far to 4,744 units, with a total value that exceeds the AED3.7bn mark.
