UAE - July 22, 2019

Deyaar Development in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced the completion of two major family-friendly projects – Afnan and Dania – as part of its community development project in the city centre in Dubai and is due to be delivered later this year.

The construction area of the family-friendly Midtown community is over 5 million square feet and is located in Dubai Production City. Comprising 26 buildings in six provinces, including Afnan and Dania.

The seven-building unit Afnan, which boasts 659 apartments, is now over 96% complete, while the six-unit Dania featuring 579 apartments, has hit 87% completion. Both will be ready to be handed over later this year.

CEO Saeed Al Qatami said they have always been committed to providing high quality alongside competitive price points. As always, Deyaar is committed to delivering quality projects that meet their exacting standards, in terms of building, location, and return on investment. They are pleased with this continued progress.

In addition to providing easy access to local amenities, Midtown has excellent transport links to Dubai International Airport, and Al Maktoum International Airport, as well as the Dubai Expo 2020 site, he stated.

Bella Rose, an 18-storey residential building in Deyaar, has 478 units comprising studios, one-bedroom apartments and two bedrooms located at Dubai Science Park. Residential buildings are currently at 28% completion.

The southern Al Barsha Residence combines elegant living spaces with an ideal location. The developer said GEMS International, JSS International School, Mediclinic Parkview Hospital and Neuro Spinal Hospital are all close by.

Deyaar, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), is one of the leading developers in Dubai, with real estate projects running on key growth corridors and key locations within the emirate, it added.
