Deyaar Development Co. has announced launching the first phase of its major real estate project Mditown in Dubai’s International Media Production Zone.
Sales on the first phase of Midtown, dubbed as Afnan, will start later this month, while construction on the site will start by the end of the year.
Afnan will contain seven residential buildings varying in height between seven floors and 17 floors. All buildings will contain a total of 134 studio apartments, 374 one-bedroom, 134 two-bedroom, and 10 three-bedroom apartments. Apartments’ sizes will range between 425 and 2,033 square feet.
Deyaar Chief Executive, Saeed Al Qatami, said that the district is ought to create a green and aesthetically pleasing area for residence by incorporating 400,000 square feet of landscape.
The total built-up area of Afnan district is 5 million square feet. Deyaar appointed Hyder as the lead project consultant and U+A Architects as the designers.
