Diyar Al Muharraq, the leading Bahrain-based developer of the eponymous man-made Islands mega project, has announced the latest updates in the infrastructure works of the development.
In his comment on the project updates, Dr. Maher Al Shaer, the CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq, said he is pleased by the pace by which the project’s development processes are going. Al Shaer added that the announced updates reflect the developer’s hard work and efforts made to complete the project in a timely manner, as well as the developer’s commitment to provide Diyar Al Muharraq’s residents and visitors alike with a quality experience.
According to the announcement, the developer has finished three major roads within Diyar Al Muharraq islands which will be accessible to both the islands’ residents and visitors alike. Spanning over 17 kilometers of length, the highway network has costed the developer more than $71m.
It is worth mentioning that, in December 2018, Diyar Al Muharraq has started to sell 150 villas in Al Naseem waterfront development. The units offered for sale are planned to be completed and handed over within 24 months. The development includes 4 different types of villas that aim to meet the variant customers’ needs and tastes/
