Diyar Al Muharraq Real Estate Development Company in Bahrain announced that construction works are in full swing at its main planned destination, Al Baraha Market in Bahrain.
According to a statement issued by the developer, more than 40% of the project has been completed and is scheduled to be officially opened at the beginning of the second quarter of 2021, and the area of Al Baraha Market may reach 20242 square meters, and it covers a total area of 64202 square meters, and it includes an area It can be rented with a total of 13,431 square meters, and it also includes 468 stores and 20 office units
This project aims to provide visitors with a new integrated shopping experience complemented by 686 parking spaces. A retail center is located in the center of the project and close to the main residential, commercial and entertainment centers within the master plan
The statement added that Al-Moayyed Contracting Company is the main contractor in the project, adding that so far, a large percentage of the project areas have been leased to international and local investors.
The market contains various internal and external commercial spaces, which makes it an ideal shopping destination not only for project residents but for all visitors from all over the Kingdom, according to the developer
