Bahrain-based Diyar Al Muharraq has announced signing a partial funding agreement for its $100 million Dragon City project with Al Salam Bank.
Al Salam Bank will secure a hefty loan of $32 million for the project construction.
Dragon City project stands on a total space of 11.5ha, it concludes a retail center “Dragon Mall” which comprises from 747 retail stores, and a 4,500 square meters area of warehouse.
The chairman of Diyar Al Muharraq, Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, said that the project will start operating in full capacity before the end of the year.
Dragon City project will contain also Dragon Apartments which is about six multi-storey residential buildings featuring 300 apartments of different spaces and costs.
