Real estate investments in Dubai from Khaliji, Arabian, and foreign investors has reached since the start of the year until March 15th 20.030 billion dirhams according to Dubai Lands and Properties Department.
Sultan Bin Megren, the head of the department, said to the Emirati Al-Itihad newspaper that Dubai attracted khaliji investments worth 6.5 billion dirhams from 1500 different investors from January to March 15th of this year.
Emiratis’ investments during the same period reached 4.55 billion dirhams. Attracting more investments goes back to the powerful investment benefit in real estate field in Dubai.
Properties companies’ offers and sales contributed also in attracting more investments from new social levels especially from the youth.
Bin Megren mentioned that Indian investors came in the first place in respect of number of investors with 1099 one pumped around 2.6 billion dirhams, Pakistan came in the third place in respect of investors numbers with investments worth 1.99 billion dirhams.
526 Saudi investors poured around 1.55 billion dirhams in the real estate sector in Dubai. It’s worth mentioning that the department recorded 130 different nationalities investing in Dubai real estate this year.
