Dubai Investments, the leading Dubai-based real estate developer, announced that it has inked a partnership contract with Millenium Hotels and Resorts to build Copthorne Creek Hotel, the developer’s newest hotel project in Al Hamriya area in Dubai. As per the agreement, the hotel will be fully owned by Dubai Investment Real Estate Company and managed by Millennium Hotels.
Copthorne Creek will be the second joint real estate project between both entities; it will comprise a total of 138 luxurious rooms. The deal was inked by both of the CEO of Dubai Investments Khalid Bin Kalban, and the president of Millennium Hotels and Resorts group Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi.
In his comment on the new announced project, Bin Kalban said that the Copthorne Creek hotel reflects the strategy that Dubai Investments is implementing to diversify its developments which comprises increasing the developer’s investments in hospitality, education and health sectors.
On the other hand, Alzaabi expressed Millennium Hotels’ pleasure to cooperate with Dubai Investments in another project, adding that such partnership will guarantee that Copthorne Creek will meet the highest quality standards of the industry.
The two entities are currently working on a four-star hospitality project in Mirdif Hills which comprises 116 rooms and 128 hotel apartments.
