Edamah, the real estate development arm of the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the opening of The Terminal, a state-of-the-art smart carpark complex with a value that exceeds BHD 7.6m.
In his comment on the announcement, His Excellency Khalid Al Rumaihi, the chairman of Edamah explained that Edamah is executing a five-year-long strategy that aims at contributing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s plan to develop the kingdom’s infrastructure. Al Rumaihi added that Edamah’s future projects comprise renovating and enhancing the existing projects and developing new projects in the retail, industrial and leisure sectors.
Situated in the Block 338 in Adliya, The Terminal was launched with the purpose of providing the visitors of the neighborhood’s most busy and crowded parts with a single location that gathers smart 330 car parks, in addition to 10 restaurants and outlets developed over an area that spans more than 4,800 square meters. The Terminal’s first tenant will be Maya Gold, a brand that is owned by The Living Concepts company
Edamah aims at contributing more than 1,000 smart car parks all over the Bahraini kingdom within the next five years which will be managed by a centralized software to reduce the labor and operational costs and increase customer satisfaction.
