Real estate developer, First Bahrain, has launched the sale of El Mercado Village residential villas, a new complex located adjacent to El Mercado Janabiya.
Situated north of the Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Highway, El Mercado Village offers direct access to the Saudi Arabia causeway and an easy commute to and from Manama.
Covering an area of 150,000 square feet, El Mercado Village features 42 premium villas and townhouses with spacious living areas, premium master suites, rooftop gardens, and provisions for smart home technology.

International real estate consultancy Cluttons has been chosen as the exclusive partner to market and sell the project, which is due for completion and delivery by May 2018.
