Jumeria Group has announced the establishment of the first hotel of the renowned Venu chained-brand hotel in Blue Waters Island in Dubai.
Jumeira Group will operate the Venu Blue Waters hotel in addition to hotel apartments named Venu Living. The project is expected to open by 2017, and will include 300 hotel rooms in addition to 119 hotel apartments.
Jerald Lu Louis, the executive chairman of Jumeira Group, commented on the recently signed contract with Marasi Holding Group to construct and operate the Venu Hotel saying that it’s an important accomplishment and addition to the group for the sake of increasing the number of luxurious hotels owned by the Jumeira.
The number of tourist expected to visit Dubai is predicted to reach 20 million tourists during 2020 which is considered as the main stimulus behind the establishment of new hotels in the city. Venu Blue Waters will include also a magnificent panoramic view on the Arabian bay beach, in addition to a number of facny restaurants and recreational venues.
