GFH Capital Bahrain has announced last Saturday the acquisition of a US properties portfolio including 18 industrial properties.
The properties are scattered around 6 different regions in USA. The majority of sold properties are already leases.
The existence of tenants either through sole-rent or multi-rent system assures maintaining the influx of cash revenues to the company. The portfolio is expected to achieve an annual revenues rate of 8.5%.
Hisham Al Rayes, managing director at GFH Capital, has expressed his content with the recent acquisition saying that it’s the second of its kind in 12 months.
He added that real estate sector in US enjoys dynamicity and carries high revenues and profit rates which attracts a lot of investors.
