GFH Properties, the property development arm of the Bahrain-based Islamic investment bank GFH Financial Group, announced that it is going to participate as one of the strategic sponsors of the upcoming Gulf Property Show 2019 which will be held from April 23 to April 25 under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.
Through the platform of the event, GFH Properties will be promoting Villamar, a new residential complex spanning 35,900 square meters in a location adjacent to Bahrain Financial Harbour, the tallest building in the island kingdom.
The developer will be also showcasing The Harbour Row, a new premium mixed-use development that will comprise a total of 322 residential units and 150 hotel apartments in addition to a 5-star hotel.
With this announcement, GFH Properties became the latest local developer to join the rich line-up of the exhibition. Earlier this year, Bahrain Marina has announced its Diamond Sponsorship of the event, and Golden Gate joined as a Golden Sponsor.
On the other hand, multiple local and international developers are participating as Strategic Sponsors including Diyar Al Muharraq, Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, Al Tijaria, Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah), and the leading Cypriot real estate developer Aristo Developers.
