GFH Properties joins Bahrain property show Bipex

Bahrain - September 10, 2017

GFH Properties, the real estate arm of Bahrain-based GFH Financial Group, has joined leading property show Bipex as its strategic partner for the 2017 edition to be held in Manama next month.

Running from October 26 to 28, Bipex will be held under the patronage of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa. It is organized by the Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE).

Majed Al Khan, the chief executive of GFH Properties, said: “We are once again pleased this year to announce GFH’s support and role as the lead sponsor for Bipex 2017. As a significant investor and leading developer in Bahrain, we are committed to promoting the immense opportunities that exist in the kingdom’s real estate sector and particularly in the world class projects that GFH is currently developing in the heart of Manama at the iconic, water-front Bahrain Financial Harbour.”

“We look forward to the opportunity to showcase our projects and help local buyers and investors and those from across the region better understand the market and the value that is on offer in Bahrain,” he noted.

“As a group, our ongoing investments and new development activities in Bahrain reflect our strong belief and confidence in the market and in the country’s economy as well as in our own ability to deliver unique and high-quality offerings for investors and end users,” he added.

Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, the chairman of the Bipex Organizing Committee, said: “We want Bipex to be their (GFH) first preferred platform to reach out to the right audience and also showcase their promising outlook for our economy.”

GFH Properties currently has a number of projects underway in Bahrain and Dubai. They include the Harbour Row and Harbour Walk developments at the Bahrain Financial Harbour and the Dubai-based gated community California Village. GFH’s projects also include the flagship development Villamar at the Harbour.
