Global Investment House, or what’s known as “Global”, has announced closing two real estate deals in UK for its customers. The firm acquired the headquarters of the National Health Services in Scotland located in Gale business park, Edinburg, and the headquarters of 3M Company located in Bracknell. The acquisition was made in cooperation with Greenridge Realty which is specialised in investments management
In the same context, the vice chairman of assets management at Global, Nasser Al Khalid, said that the company was able to acquire three premium properties by developing its capabilities to refine the available opportunities and offer the best to its customers.
The company was able to distribute cash dividends on its customers after selling the property leased by National Air Navigation Services. The deal profits exceeded the targeted results.
Nasser Al Khalid added saying that the strategic partnership with Greenridge Reality contributed in executing the three acquisition deals. The cumulative assets value of these properties is more than 200 million pounds and the company looks forward to developing this partnership in order to continue growing its works in UK.
