Golden Gate, the joint venture formed by partnership between Bahrain-based developer Kooheji Golden Gate and Indian leading real estate companies Mayfair Housing and Ajmera Realty, announced that it will showcase its eponymous twin-tower project in Bahrain City Centre, the renowned shopping mall in Seef area, during the Formula 1 weekend.
Spanning around 140,000 square meters of land in Bahrain Bay development in Manama, Golden Gate comprises a 53-storey tower and a 45-storey tower; upon its completion, the project will be the tallest residential building in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The two buildings include a total of 746 upscale residential units as well as multiple high-end amenities to serve the apartments’ residents that take around 9 entire stories of the projects, 7 of which are dedicated for a car park that will accommodate almost 1,000 vehicles while the remaining two will feature basketball and tennis courts, fitness gyms, and many other amenities.
In her comment on the new stand announcement, Eman Al Mannai, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Golden Gate, explained that Bahrain City Centre’s visitors will have a chance not only to take a closer look at the project, but also to win exclusive limited-time offers that Golden Gate’s marketing department made.
Al Mannai added that the twin towers represent a stunning fusion between the Indian and the Bahraini cultures as its design is inspired by their prominent elements like the sails from the Bahraini culture and jewelries from the Indian one.
This came in conjunction with the developer’s announcement that it will be participating in the upcoming Gulf Property Show 2019 as one of the event’s Golden sponsors, joining many other local developers participating in the anticipated exhibition.
