Golden Gate Developers, the developer of the $212m twin residential towers of the same name, announced it has joined the growing list of real estate companies participating at Gulf Property Show 2019 which will be held next April as one of the Golden Sponsors of the event.
Spanning more than 140,000 square meters in a strategic location in Bahrain Bay that offers stunning views of both the waters and the landmarks of the master development, Golden Gate twin towers will be isolated from all the surrounding buildings while granting its residents instant access to the development’s road network.
With one of the towers comprising 53 floors while the other would comprise 45 floors, Golden Gate will be the tallest residential tower in Bahrain upon its completion. The two towers will include a total of 746 residential units with variant specifications to cater to everyone’s needs.
In addition to the residential units, the two towers will also feature multiple amenities that include an 8-storey car park and two additional levels for luxurious amenities that include but are not limited to swimming pools, separate fitness gyms, executive club, library, private cinema, basketball and tennis courts and praying areas.
The project is being developed as a joint venture between Kooheji Golden Gate, a renowned Bahrain-based developer, on one hand and Ajmera Realty Group and Mayfair Housing, two of the leading Indian real estate companies, on the other hand.
In his comment on showcasing the project at Gulf Property Show, Mr. Anas Al Kooheji, the Executive Director of Kooheji Golden Gate assured that Bahrain Bay represents a lucrative opportunity for real estate investors, adding that showcasing Golden Gate Towers at Gulf Property Show 2019 will enable them to promote the project’s units directly to their target audience.
Golden Gate Developers become the latest to join the growing list of real estate developers that joined Gulf Property Show including Bahrain Marina, which participates as the show’s Diamond Sponsor.
Additionally, the three-day show will also be attended by the main governmental real estate authorities like Bahrain Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA Bahrain), Bahrain Property Development Association (BaPDA), and Land and Survey Registration Bureau.
