Golden Gate Developers, the joint venture between Kooheji Golden Gate, the Bahrain-based developer, and Mayfair Housing and Ajmera Realty Group, two of the largest Indian real estate companies, has been granted the needed licenses for its eponymous project, Developers’ License and RERA Off-plan Sale Development license by the Real Estate Regulation Authority in Bahrain (RERA Bahrain).
Situated at the heart of Bahrain Bay master development, Golden Gate is a waterfront twin tower residential project that is being developed on an area that spans 140,000 square meters of land.
Ever since it was unveiled, the project has been successfully attracting the attention of multiple regional and international investors. With the two towers comprising 53 and 45 floors, Golden Gate will be the tallest residential tower in the entire Kingdom of Bahrain upon its completion.
The two buildings will include a total of 746 residential units with variant areas and stunning views, as well as a number of high-end amenities and facilities that include a multiple-storey car park that can accommodate up to 1,000 vehicles, swimming pools, and separate fitness gyms.
In his comment on issuing the needed licenses for Golden Gate project, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the CEO of RERA said that Golden Gate tower is a milestone in the relationship between Bahrain and India; RERA’s Chief Executive Officer added that RERA continues to fulfill its commitment to support property developers and real estate companies in Bahrain.
On the other hand, Ishaq Al-Kooheji, the Chairman of Golden Gate reaffirmed that the company will continue to cooperate with RERA to help boost the real estate market of Bahrain.
The project licenses were issued coincidentally with Golden Gate’s announcement that it will be participating in the upcoming edition of Gulf Property Show which will take place next April as one of the event’s Golden Sponsors.
